Now in 2017, his much delayed sequel to Commando is ready to release, produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah. Surprisingly, Vidyut was not seen much in Bollywood movies after that, with only a supporting role in Saif Ali Khan's Bullett Raja and Suriya's Tamil film Anjaan, where he again had a supporting role, to speak of. The movie, directed by Dilip Ghosh and produced by Vipul Shah, had the martial arts specialist with a ripped body to boast off play a military commando who has to protect an annoying girl (Pooja Chopra) from the clutched of baddies lied by the very talented Jaideep Ahlawat. Vidyut Jammwal, the man who quite impressed as the main antagonist in the first Force movie, had a sleeper hit in Commando nearly four years ago.
